Holy Pavlova proudly presents the second iteration of SOUND BATH ~ an immersive and instrumental live music experience

Following the warm praise of our first (and sold out) event, we’re again facilitating a guided meditation through a live audio soundscape. We're encouraging you to leave the pressures of daily life at the door. To enjoy live music without the distractions of conversation, lighting, alcohol and social anxiety. To undertake a small introspective journey in a safe space.

The event is undertaken laying down and with our eyes closed. Live music is performed by RUSSELL W who is presenting a bespoke ambient set. Russell has produced many stunning original works and layered live scores. You can hear his dreamy influences in bands such as The M1 and Shining Bird and we're very pleased to have him guide our second Sound Bath!
