Community Yoga

  • The Pantha Way 45 Wentworth Street Port Kembla Australia (map)

Some teachers leave an imprint.

This July, we welcome back one of the original threads in The Pantha Way story.

Founding partner Vivienne Dias returns for a special Community Yoga offering — giving back to the community and reconnecting with what was once baby TPW, now all grown up.

Vivienne has taught yoga for over 20 years and has supported hundreds of people through movement, circles, intuition and embodied practice. Her approach is warm, real and deeply human.

Her favourite way to practise is slowly.

Allowing breath to lead.
Moving with integrity.
Finding presence.
Trusting that healing happens not by forcing, but by listening.

Yoga has been a lifelong teacher for Vivienne — supporting her physically, mentally and emotionally through challenge, growth and transformation.

She shares openly that yoga didn’t change her life overnight. Rather, it became a practice of returning. Feeling. Taking responsibility. Creating new patterns. Learning that healing isn’t passive — and that change begins within.

This class is an invitation to experience that philosophy firsthand.

Whether you’ve practised with Vivienne before or are meeting her for the first time, come and experience the teacher, energy and values that helped shape TPW.

Community Yoga remains one of our most loved offerings — where practice becomes community and yoga extends beyond the mat.

Suggested donation: $10+ or give to your capacity.
All are welcome. All levels welcome. Bring friends, neighbours + family..
