A 6-week journey into the wisdom of the breath to balance, restore, and awaken inner vitality.

Step into a sacred rhythm of breath and stillness. This 6-week immersive experience is a bridge between ancient breathwork (pranayama) and the healing power of restorative yoga. Together, we’ll explore how conscious breathing transforms your nervous system, mindset, and energy from the inside out.

Course Overview:
Each 1-hour weekly session will combine:

  • Breath education & yogic philosophy

  • Guided pranayama practices

  • Restorative yoga postures or gentle yoga movement to integrate the breath

  • Reflection and self-inquiry tools for daily life

Week 1: Prana as the Cosmic Thread – 3-part breath, elemental connection

Week 2: Balancing Energy – Nadi Shodhana, vagal tone and inner rhythm

Week 3: Five Prana Vayus – Mapping breath to body and function

Week 4: Inner Fire – Vitality practices (Kapalabhati & Bhastrika)

Week 5: Breath as Awareness – Exploring the pause (kumbhaka)

Week 6: Integration & Intuition – Build your daily ritual
