Across six weeks, we’ll explore three empowering arm balances:
Weeks 1–2: Crow Pose (Bakasana) – build a strong, stable foundation
Weeks 3–4: Side Crow – learn to balance through twist and change
Weeks 5–6: Flying Splits – expand your strength, trust, and freedom
This series isn’t about perfection — it’s about connection. We’ll break down the mechanics, strengthen the muscles that matter, and sequence intelligently so your body and mind can step into what feels challenging, playful, and exhilarating.
Expect to leave each session feeling stronger, lighter, and braver — both on the mat and off it. Arm balances are a powerful metaphor: when you trust your strength and let go of fear, you can do more than you thought possible.
