As the season turns and we arrive at the longest night of the year, we invite you into an evening of slowing down.
This Winter Solstice we gather not to do more, but to notice more.
To breathe.
To move gently.
To reflect.
To connect.
Held on International Yoga Day, this experience honours yoga in its fullest sense — as a practice of presence and community.
Across 90 intentional minutes we’ll move through a grounding practice, meditation, mantra, journalling and conversation before closing over tea and nourishing snacks.
You don’t need experience.
You don’t need flexibility.
You don’t need to know anyone.
You just need yo show up and receive.
