A 6-Week Saturday Sadhana with Sarah Kobel

Messy Bloom is yoga for real life.

It’s for the seasons where things are changing, stretching, falling away — and you’re not quite sure what’s next. Rather than asking you to be calmer, stronger or “better,” this series invites you to practice presence, patience and self-connection exactly where you are.

Sarah Kobel brings over two decades of practice and teaching into this series, drawing from breath-centred movement, pranayama, meditation and yogic philosophy — shaped by her own lived experiences of motherhood, transition, resilience and renewal.

Each Saturday offers a longer, spacious Sadhana designed to nourish the nervous system, build embodied awareness and cultivate a quiet sense of joy.

This is not about mastering poses.
It’s about learning how to stay with yourself — through grounding, softening, opening, weathering and blooming.
