Sadhana is more than movement. It is a practice of returning.
Over six weeks, join Jason Reeves for an immersive journey through the 8 Limbs of Yoga woven through the signature rhythm of our Sadhana practice — integrating breath, mantra, meditation, philosophy, intentional movement, stillness and reflection.
This experience invites you beyond doing yoga and into living yoga.
Together we explore the ancient teachings not as concepts to understand, but as practices to embody. Through each class you will be invited into moments of discipline and softness, effort and surrender, presence and inquiry — creating space to observe what unfolds when practice becomes consistent, intentional and deeply felt.
Expect a layered and immersive experience where traditional yogic teachings meet contemporary life.
Each session may include:
• Guided philosophy and dharma reflection
• Pranayama (breath practices)
• Mantra and meditation
• Intentional asana and mindful movement
• Journaling and self-inquiry
• Integration practices to carry beyond the mat
This series is for anyone curious to deepen their relationship with yoga — whether you are newer to philosophy or have an established practice and are seeking a richer experience.
Come not to perfect the practice.
Come to experience what practice reveals.
Leave with more than a sequence.
Leave with something that continues to move within you long after class ends.
