When women are supported, communities thrive.
This month's Community Yoga honours Women's Health Week while recognising that caring for women's wellbeing is something that extends far beyond one week of the year.
Throughout Spring, our Community Yoga community will be supporting SASSI—an organisation providing specialist support to women and children experiencing homelessness and domestic and family violence across the Illawarra and Shoalhaven.
At The Pantha Way, we believe yoga is more than something we practise. It's how we choose to show up—for ourselves, for one another and for our community.
This special Community Yoga class will be guided by Vivienne Dias, founding partner of TPW, who returns to share a nurturing practice inspired by the changing seasons of womanhood, the wisdom of slowing down, and the importance of creating space to reconnect with ourselves.
Whether you're navigating change yourself, supporting someone you love, or simply seeking a morning of gentle movement and connection, you're warmly welcome.
Because while this month's theme honours women, its invitation belongs to everyone.
Together we'll move, breathe and remember that when we care for ourselves, we become better able to care for one another.
All proceeds throughout Spring support SAHSSI.
Everyone welcome.
