Yoga Nidra Sound Bath | Permission to do nothing.
Once a month, we dim the lights, pile on the blankets and give you one job: lie down.
Yoga Nidra, often called yogic sleep, is a guided rest practice done lying down from start to finish. There are no poses and nothing to get right. A teacher's voice guides your attention through your body and breath, while waves of live, resonant sound wash through the room and carry you somewhere between awake and asleep.
It's the deepest rest many people have had in years. And if you drift off? That's allowed.
You may be starting to feel the end of year rush, the to do lists piling and this conditioned need to get things to done. Perhaps the most productive thing to do is to pause, stop and rest. Perhaps the most radical thing you'll do all year!

FAQs
Do I need yoga experience? No. You lie down from start to finish; there's nothing to get right.
What if I fall asleep? That's allowed. Many people drift in and out.
What's the difference between yoga nidra and a sound bath? Yoga nidra is guided rest led by voice; the sound bath is live, resonant sound that washes through the room. Ours brings both together.
Is it good for sleep? Research suggests yoga nidra can help people sleep longer and more deeply, and plenty of people tell us they slept better that night.
Is it suitable for everyone? Mostly, yes. If you have epilepsy, strong sound sensitivity or are pregnant, check with us or your health practitioner first.
