What does it mean to live yoga?
Not just to practice it on the mat — but to let it shape how we breathe, respond, speak, and move through the world.
Living Yoga is a 6-week Sadhana series designed to bridge the gap between practice and life. Each week explores a core yogic principle, offering a blend of movement, breathwork, meditation, and reflection to support a deeper understanding of self and experience.
Rooted in traditional Sadhana, this series is not about perfection or performance. It is about consistency, awareness, and presence — the quiet practices that slowly reshape how we meet ourselves and our lives.
Each week we explore themes such as:
• Intention and inner direction
• Awareness of thought, emotion, and behaviour
• Breath as a tool for regulation and clarity
• Resilience through challenge
• Compassion in action
• Integration of practice into daily life
The intention of Living Yoga is to support students in creating their own personal Sadhana — a practice that extends beyond the studio and into everyday moments.
This series is suitable for all levels and invites both new and experienced students to explore yoga as a lived, embodied philosophy.
