Remembering: A Practice of Truth, Reflection & Inner Listening

  • The Pantha Way 45 Wentworth Street Port Kembla Australia (map)

REMEMBERING is a consciously held yoga practice offered as a space of pause, reflection, and presence.

The 26th January carries many perspectives. This class is not political — it is an invitation to remember.

We begin with an Acknowledgement of Country, followed by a gentle reflection to honour the layered truths of this day. From here, we move into a slow, grounding yoga practice designed to support listening — to body, breath, land, and lived experience.

Yoga is, at its core, a practice of remembering. A returning to truth beneath distraction, conditioning, and forgetting.

We do not tolerate prejudice or injustice. We believe change begins within — through awareness, education, and connection.

This class offers a quiet container to pause, reflect, and walk gently in another’s shoes.
To sit with complexity.
To remember what it means to practice with integrity.

Change starts within.

This is a complimentary event held at an outdoors location, register to receive location update 8pm the evening prior.
