INHABIT: A Six Week Meditation Course to Homecoming

  • The Pantha Way 45 Wentworth Street Port Kembla Australia (map)

There comes a point where the constant doing, fixing, striving and distracting just doesn’t quite cut it anymore.
You might not even have the words for it yet… only the feeling that something in you wants to come home.

Inhabit is a six week meditation course designed to reconnect you to the experience of being fully human. Not perfect. Not endlessly “zen.” Just more alive, more present, more connected to yourself, your body, your life and something greater than you.

Meditation means different things to different people. There are countless techniques, apps, philosophies and practices floating around — all promising different outcomes. But beneath all of that is a deeper question:

What are we actually searching for when we say “I should meditate more”?

Over six weeks, Kelly Ryan gently guides students through a meditation process that helps rebuild the forgotten skill of inhabiting the body. Through consistent practice, we strengthen focus and attention, reconnect to source, and restore connection to the parts of ourselves that modern life tends to scatter.

As we begin to stay with ourselves — with thoughts, emotions, sensations, aches, discomforts, tenderness and all — something shifts. We stop running. We become more available to life.

This process supports greater:

  • Presence and groundedness

  • Focus and clarity

  • Emotional capacity and resilience

  • Connection to intuition and inner knowing

  • Relationship to nature, source and the sacred

  • Response-ability over reactivity

  • Vitality, receptivity and creativity

This is not about escaping the human experience.
It’s about learning how to fully be in it.

What To Expect

The course runs over six weeks, with each session building progressively into a deeper embodied meditation practice.

Weeks 1–4

Each week introduces a different stage of the meditation process. Students will be encouraged to practice that stage daily between sessions, allowing the work to integrate gently into everyday life.

Weeks 5–6

We spiral deeper into the body, weaving together the four stage process to support full inhabitation of the body — including its sensations, emotions, tensions, aches and aliveness.

Alongside the practices themselves, Kelly will guide discussion and exploration around concepts that deepen awareness and support integration beyond the meditation cushion and into real life.

This is an accessible, non-denominational approach to meditation that honours the wisdom of yogic traditions while remaining deeply grounded, inclusive and human.
