Yoga Foundations is a 6-week journey designed to help everyday people reconnect with their body through the practice of yoga.
Whether you're completely new to yoga, returning after time away, or looking to refine your understanding of the fundamentals, this program offers a supportive and structured way to begin.
Rather than jumping straight into complex poses, we take the time to explore the foundations that support every yoga practice.
You’ll learn how to move safely, build strength, improve mobility and develop a deeper awareness of your breath and body.
Each week focuses on a key aspect of practice including:
• posture and alignment
• mobility and flexibility
• upper body strength
• core stability
• spinal health and twists
• inversions and shifting perspective
Over six weeks you will begin to notice meaningful shifts — not only in how your body moves, but also in how you feel.
Students often experience:
• reduced stiffness and tension
• improved posture and flexibility
• increased strength and stability
• better breathing and body awareness
• greater confidence in yoga classes
Most importantly, you begin to build a practice that supports your life beyond the mat.
Added Bonus – Sunday Restore
All participants receive complimentary access to our Sunday 5pm Restore class throughout the program.
These sessions offer a deeply restorative experience for the body and nervous system, helping you balance effort with rest and supporting integration of your practice.
