As the days grow longer and brighter, Spring invites us to refresh, renew, and reconnect with what supports us most.

This 6-week Yoga Foundations course offers a structured pathway to establish (or return to) the building blocks of a sustainable yoga practice. With supportive guidance, each week builds upon the last, helping you understand alignment, breath, mindfulness, and sequencing in a way that feels grounded and accessible.

🌱 For beginners: This is the perfect place to start. You’ll learn with support and clarity, gaining the confidence to step into regular yoga classes with ease.

🌸 For seasoned practitioners: Revisit the foundations with a beginner’s mind. Rediscover alignment details, breath awareness, and the roots of practice to bring fresh perspective to your flow.

This series is about more than poses.
