This 6-week Wheel Yoga series is an invitation to create space, restore balance, and support spinal health through intelligent, accessible movement—using the wheel as a prop, just like blocks or straps.
If you sit a lot (and most of us do), your body spends much of the day in hip flexion. Over time this can contribute to tight hips, underactive glutes and core, and increased strain through the lumbar spine.
