Join us for a powerful 6-part workshop series designed to guide you through the seven layers of self — from your physical foundation to your spiritual essence.

Each week, we’ll explore a new layer through a blend of:

  • Embodied yoga practices

  • Breathwork and somatic release

  • Meditation, mantra & visualisation

  • Reflective journaling & group dialogue

This journey is a deep dive into the wisdom of your own being — an invitation to release, reframe, and reconnect.

Expect to:

  • Develop emotional resilience and energetic awareness

  • Uncover mental patterns and stories that shape your identity

  • Cultivate inner focus, clarity, and spiritual connection
